Mahana
The final planned tower in Ward Village.
For more than a decade, Ward Village has been built toward a finished vision — sixty acres of residences, parks, and shops between downtown Honolulu and Diamond Head. Mahana is the last tower in that approved master plan, and its residences are being released now.
Fourteen towers were planned. This is the fourteenth.
Ward Village’s approved master plan called for a set number of residential towers. One by one they have risen and sold through — Waiea, Anaha, Aeʻo, Kōʻula, and Victoria Place among them. Mahana is the final tower in that approved plan.
That makes this a different kind of opportunity. When Mahana’s residences are spoken for, the new-construction chapter of Honolulu’s most complete master-planned neighborhood closes — and everything after it is resale.

Built so every home gets the view.
The Vista Wall
Staggered bay windows step across the façade, angling each residence toward the park and the ocean — so homes in the middle of the building live like corner homes.
Nine-foot ceilings
Taller ceilings throughout the residences, with even greater height on the penthouse floors — more light, more air, more view.
A proven team
The same architecture, interior, and landscape design team behind Victoria Place — one of Ward Village’s most celebrated addresses.
An eighth-floor resort above the city.
An entire floor is given to residents: heated saline pools, an ocean-facing spa with saunas and plunge pools, private dining and party rooms, guest suites, a golf-simulator sports lounge, and fitness — perched above the neighborhood with the harbor beyond.

Move into a neighborhood that’s already finished.
Most pre-construction buyers spend years waiting for the neighborhood to catch up to the building. Mahana flips that. By its anticipated completion, the surrounding master plan is largely built out — the parks planted, the shops open, the towers finished.
Sixty acres, one master developer. Buildings are deliberately angled to protect view corridors, retail is curated rather than leased to the highest bidder, and residential zoning keeps Ward Village a neighborhood of people who live here — not a nightly-rental district.
