Born and raised in Honolulu. Married to Lauren. Three dogs at home — Leo, Curry, and Tobi. Real estate has been my profession for two and a half years, and the home I’m in today is on the same island I’ve been on my whole life.
I came into real estate from twelve years in car sales. The work that drew me in was straightforward: real estate is one of the few professions where strong listening, clear communication, and disciplined work directly determine whether a client comes out ahead. A buyer asking the right questions doesn’t overpay. A seller who’s well-prepared doesn’t leave money on the table. The job, done well, materially changes how a transaction lands.
My focus. I work with buyers and sellers across Oahu, with a growing focus on Honolulu’s luxury market. I’m involved with every step — initial conversation, pricing analysis, contract drafting, negotiation, closing — and I work most directly in Kakaʻako, Kailua, Kaneohe, and the windward neighborhoods, though our team covers the full island.
What clients usually notice first. I return calls and texts the same day, often within an hour. I write things down and follow through. I’d rather have one honest conversation about a tough number than ten cushioned ones about a comfortable one. And I’d rather you choose another agent who’s a better fit for your situation than represent you in something that doesn’t make sense for you.
Outside of real estate. Lauren and I are focused on building a strong marriage, a healthy lifestyle, and a steady schedule. I exercise daily, eat well, and try to live the kind of consistency that shows up in everything else. Real estate is a long game, and the version of me that shows up for clients five years from now starts with the choices I make today.
