  1. You'll hear back today

    Same-day reply by email or phone, depending on what you submitted. We don't queue messages and we don't auto-reply with marketing. The first email you get from us is a real reply from Dylan or Maxs (or both).

  2. We'll talk it through

    Most first conversations are a 20-30 minute call. You tell us what you're working on, we tell you what we'd recommend, and we both decide whether it makes sense to keep going. No commitment, no contract pressure, no follow-up sequence if you decide it's not the right time.

  3. If we're a fit, we get to work

    If we move forward, you get both Dylan and Maxs on your file. The work starts with a structured intake — pricing analysis if you're selling, search criteria + lender intro if you're buying — and we keep you moving from there.

The thing most agents won’t tell you: it’s our job to be the right fit, not just afit. We say no when it’s the honest call.

A few common questions before you reach out.

How fast will I actually hear back?
Same day, almost always. Most replies go out within an hour during business hours (8 AM - 7 PM HST, Monday through Saturday). Sunday and after-hours messages get a reply Monday morning.
Do I have to commit to anything to schedule a first call?
No. The first conversation is just that — a conversation. No contract, no pressure, no follow-up sequence if you decide it's not the right time or we're not the right fit.
Can I work with just Dylan or just Maxs?
Yes — the partnership doesn't mean you have to interact with both of us if you'd prefer a primary point of contact. Tell us in the message field who you'd like to lead and we'll structure it that way. Both of us will still be on your file behind the scenes.
What if I'm not ready to buy or sell yet?
Reach out anyway. A lot of our most valuable client relationships started with an 'I'm thinking about it' conversation 6-18 months before anything actually happened. Early conversations are how we get the timing right when you are ready to move.
Do you cover the whole island or just luxury Honolulu?
Both of us work the whole island — Honolulu, the windward side, leeward Oahu, the North Shore, and the South Shore. Some neighborhoods we know more deeply than others, and we'll tell you when you've reached the edge of our day-to-day expertise. We have a growing focus on luxury Honolulu, but we don't turn down mainstream-market clients.
